Is junk pickup included in my plan?+
Pro members get one free junk pickup every month. Additional pickups and Basic-member pickups are available for a flat fee.
What can you take?+
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes, yard debris, and general household junk. If you're not sure about an item, just ask when you request the pickup.
Do I need to be home?+
Not necessarily — just leave the items accessible and let us know where they are in the pickup notes.
